On the report of one policeman, on 24 June, 1992, the volunteers arrested a militia man of Bendery, V.A. Serdukov, who was assaulted and driven to the Gerbovetsky forest in an armored carrier. There they continued to abuse him, cut the V sign and a cross on his arms and legs and a star on his belly piling the skin off these areas. At the times he came in, they resumed the beating, then they tired him up, threw in the vehicle and drove him to Kaushany; Serdukov, however, was able to untie himself and jump off the truck. Later on, his life was saved with the only help of the International Red Cross, (p.c. 67-69, v.2).

Moldovan militaries, volunteers and policemen did not only kill the PMR defenders, but they also killed the civilians, old people, women and children. With no real reason people were halted, driven out of city and executed. Those who didn't speak Rumanian were shot and could only survive if they managed to hide away.

People were killed in whole busfuls. Until now we don't know the fates of 87 people, they are filed as missing, (p.c.v.2 53-61, 101-102, 146-147, v.3 p.c. 21-25, 28, 50-51, 67-68, 74-78, 82-85, 120-121, 131-132, 151).

At about 17.30, 19 June 1992, there was intensive machine-gun firing in the yards of dwelling buildings, as a result Svetlana Khokhlova, 37, was killed (p.c.21-22 v.3).

At about 19.30, 30 June 1992, Prityagaylovka village was fired up. In the artillery firings Lidia Bobrova and Anatoly Berezovsky were killed. Although the volunteers and policemen were well aware that there were no military formations in the village, only civil people. On 22 June, 1992, Moldavian volunteers and policemen in the village o9f Giska shot by submachine guns the building of a milk kitchen and the people in it. Vitaly Murakhovsky was killed and after his death he was crushed by an armored carrier P.C. 101-102,v.3).

Using this power over the unarmed people, Moldovan volunteers took away equipments from the city plants, what is more, they stole people's personal properties, broke in the houses, flats, garages, shot off the door locks, what was impossible to take away was destroyed, broken, torn and burned down. They chased the people out of their homes, those who disobeyed were beaten or even killed, both the propriety owners and the witnesses (p.c. 21-22, 29-30, 34-35, 45-46, 48-49, 74-75, 56-57, 58, 60-61, 63-64, 76, 99-100, 112-113, 148, 152-153, 26-27, 30-31, v.3).

To realize how cruel the Moldovan militaries were, let's see the many cases where they fired ambulance stations, medical personnel on their mission, took away the vehicles to drive their injured to Kishinev leaving the wounded Bendery residents without help, whereas they would use their own ambulances for secret deliveries to CDP and other firing positions, because the city defenders would not show any criminal response. (P.c. 16-32, 178 v.4, 99-100 v.3)

21.06.1992 an ambulance on its mission was fired by the police in the neighborhood of MEZ plant, doctor Shesheyko was wounded. On the same day, near the brewery another ambulance was fired and the injured patient in it was killed.

Out of 361 total ambulance missions that dealt with injuries, 53 failed because of the police and volunteers' firings.

Apart from hindering removals of dead bodies from the roads and delivering the injured to the hospital, Moldova's volunteers wouldn't let extinguish the fires caused by their artillery ; they also caused machine gun and mortar firings against the fire department, fired the vehicles as well as the firemen themselves. The firemen Chechelnitsky and V.Pichkurenko were killed by a sniper; the firemen Akmov and Stepanov were wounded. The state fire stations were destroyed completely.

Moldova's military did not observe any international standards, rules, or customs at the time of their reign and occupation in Binderi, they ignored all and everyone, nothing and no one could stop them in their zest to carry out the orders by Kostash who banned truthful coverage of the bloody massacre in the unconquerable Benderi, obviously trying to hide from their people their savagely behavior.

A reporter from "Medical Newspaper", Moscow, was wounded by a sniper while he was taking pictures of the kindergarten No. 32 on Kotovsky Street; the camera man Vozdvizhensky was killed on the first war day near the police station.

Moldova's militaries together with volunteers destroyed kindergartens and schools, launched fire at hospitals, maternity houses; all through the military activities they mined plants, dwelling buildings, flats, city streets, especially those neighboring their positions, used trap mines.

Despite the neutrality position by the formations of the 14th Guards general army of the Russian Federation, from the first days of their aggression against PMR, Moldova took regular firings and terrorist acts against Russian militaries, penetrating their territories, which resulted in several militaries' deaths, injuries, also damaged machinery, constructions, transport and airplanes.

The overall results of the hostilities are:

1. On 26.06.1992 in the military unit 48414 in Parkany 26 militaries died.

2. The damage caused to the military property estimates 65, 8 million rubles at the prices of 1992.

For the whole time of the hostilities in PMR, in Dubossary region and Bendery:

1. 895 people were killed, 231 of them- civilians;

2. 2485 people were injured, 91 of them -civilians.

These figures are not complete. Lots of people's families, relatives and friends are still missing. There are so many of those who still keep their fragile hopes to see some day their missing peopдe out of more than 100,000 who were mysteriously gone. Some of them make random findings at the swamp in Kaushany, in the forest, in the park or somewhere else, which are buried bead bodies that can only be identified by the clothes.

The journalists who worked in Pridnestrovie and witnessed all the atrocities by Moldova's military gangsters made a declaration to the mass media:

"There is no communist regime in PMR. Despite the myth spread by Moldova, the existing "regime" is supported by the majority of people. The conflict between Kishinev and Tiraspol is by no means of ethnic character and is not limited to the discord between Russians and Moldavians. Tiraspol is supported by Russian, and Ukrainian people, as well as by the majority of the left-bank Moldavians. This is a conflict between ideologies, one of which poses the right of their nation above all.

The Kishinev's regime is probably not of the fascist kind, but it was this regime that gave the order to conquer Bendery, to fire and bomb it. The intervention of the Soviet troops in Baku in 1900 was a children's game compared with this bloody action. It is this regime that "legally" makes up terrorist groups functioning in the territory which Kishinev considers its own and against their own people.

An aggressor must be named an aggressor, genocide -as genocide, a regime that sets "law" by force and does unlawfulness against its own people, must be named as criminal. Rights are to be observed in all countries, regardless of their sovereignty. "

The conclusion was written in Bendery on 21.06.1993, and forwarded to the General Prosecutor of PMR to be signed and forwarded together with all the materials to the Independent Institute of International Law with purpose to be considered at the International Public Tribunal.
