Alc. 11-13% vol. 0,75 L
Soil: Brown soils, gray forest soil and steppe chernozems.
Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon.
Winemaking: After a thorough process of sorting, destemming and maceration, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at an optimal temperature.
Maturation: In the famous "Cricova" cellars, in oak barrels, for minimum 1 year.
Gastronomy: It matches very well with light dishes, as white meat, fish and seafood.
Serving: At a temperature of 8-100 C.

Alc. 11-13% vol. 0,75 L
Cabernet Sauvignon can be considered the red wine with the most select and solid reputation.
Soil: Typical chernozems, heavy humiferous and carbonated.
Grape variety: 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon.
Winemaking: Grapes are harvested when they reach full maturity. They undergo a thorough process of sorting, destemming, maceration and further malo-lactic fermentation and maturation.
Maturation: Wine is matured in oak barrels, minimum 1 year.
Gastronomy: It is a very friendly and permissive wine and can be matched with a large range of grilled or baked red meat specialties, rabbit meat, sausages, kidney or mushroom dishes.
Serving: At a temperature of 16 -18 C.

Soil: Typical chernozems, heavy humiferous and carbonated.
Grape variety: 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon.
Winemaking: The wine is produced by a special process -criomaceration, which begins with the artificial refrigeration of the grapes, followed by their pressing, with the extraction of the color and aromatic substances and further fermentation at low temperatures. All the processes unfold exclusively in inert gas conditions.
Gastronomy: It is the ideal companion for smoked salmon. Excellent as well with pastries and light fish dishes.
Serving: At a temperature of 8-10° C.
