One real good, useful and ear-training game I was once into while attending Int'l Language Academy in London called "Word pinpoint". Rather musical contest. All you hafta do to arrange it all is put down the lyrics of some song of your choice (I had Mike & The Mechanics's "Don't look back and don't give up, pour yourself another cup") Once thru, you need to put down the lyrics on separate student's sheets but now with articles, prepositions, even some words omitted... Try to be practical in leaving out the most illegible stuff heard on singing...
A student's task would be filling up gaps in the lyrics when the song's on...
The first winnner grabs the prize. Have fun!(fr)(v)

You can also look for more similar games via Google:

Guess the celebrity, for example, just 5 minutes till the end os the class.Students have to ask only 10general questions.
eg. Is this person alive?
Is his life connected with art?
Does he live in Europe? etc.

Look in Net 'Images',' Piling up a sentence',etc.
